We prefer to be retained on Search projects and a typical Search to fill a senior role within a specialist sector of the market will take 2 weeks to a month if undertaken from scratch. We are also however happy to accept Contingent Recruitment assignments where we have the expertise to successfully complete the job and a Contingent assignment will typically take between a week and a fortnight.
Confidentiality is essential throughout all aspects of successful Search & Recruitment and we undertake that no information provided to Hitt Search by its Clients will ever be disclosed to anybody else without the Client’s prior permission. Our commitment to our Candidates’ confidentiality and their obligations to their current employer is equally strong and we therefore expect our Clients to accord our Candidates the same respect.
