Hitt Search’s fee for Retained Search is 25% of first year remuneration (ie. basic salary plus any inducement / compensatory payments, guaranteed bonuses or commissions) which is generally charged in three instalments:
- An Initial Retainer of 30% of the estimated fee is payable on confirmation of the Client’s instruction.
- A further 30% of estimated fee is payable on delivery of the Shortlist and Market Map to the Client.
- The remaining balance of the fee (calculated on actual remuneration) is payable on formal acceptance of employment by the successful Candidate.
Hitt Search’s fee for Contingent Recruitment is 20% of first year remuneration, payable on formal acceptance of employment by the successful Candidate. Our standard contractual Terms of Business can be viewed in full via the link below.
